On the eve of Chapter 3, Fortnite is back again with its Winterfest, this time for 2021. The event is underway from 16 December 2021 to 6 January 2022 and has a total of 14 gifts available for the players which they will be receiving over the course of the event. But what makes the Fortnite Winterfest 2021 stand out is its collaboration with Marvel’s latest installation in the Spider-Man franchise, Spider-Man: No Way Home.
It will have the fan-favorite duo of Spider-Man Peter Parker and his girlfriend MJ as playable characters in the game as part of the collaboration. The characters will be available to claim from the Items Shop. It will also come with an exclusive built-in emote.

Winterfest Lodge
Winterfest Lodge has reopened again by the hands of Sgt. Winter. Players will receive a gift every day for 14 days consecutively. The items available are two outfits, two Pickaxes, two Wraps, a Glider, a Contrail, Emote, Lobby Track, Loading screen, a spray, and a banner. The 2 outfits will be Krisabelle and Polar Peely, which will look as depicted in the picture given above.
Winterfest quests
During Winterfest, for a period of 14 days, there will be new quests available each day by competing which you can claim exclusive rewards. On completing quests for 7 days you will get the Snowmando Board Glider and for completing it for 10 days you’ll get the Ffrosty Back Bling.
Also as a Fortnite Crew bonus during Winterfest 2021, active Fortnite Crew subscribers will receive the Golden Look Board Glider upon logging into the event.
Winterfest without frontiers
In November, Fortnite held a competition calling for players to come up with their own unique map ideas and mini-games, the winners of which will be featured in this event. After playing for two hours total across creator-made maps/games, you’ll receive the Ol’ Cracky Emoticon, Llamistletoe Spray, a Merry Marauder Banner, and a 2022 New Year’s Banner.
Besides these, there will also be a Chiller Grenade skin, a Snowball Launcher, and a Sneaky Snowman camo.

As it is evident, Fortnite has barely left any stone unturned to make sure the players have a great gaming experience in the holiday season. The tons of free rewards mean loads of opportunities for a new player to make their inventory more diverse while veterans can be the wise collectors.
