With Fortnite in the past having so many collaborations with popular brands and franchises it will be no surprise to see a collaboration with Futurama this time around.
The new Futurama collaboration might bring some Futurama-inspired skins and space weapons to the game
The new collab with Futurama will definitely bring some new content for the players and fans of the game, ranging from some Futurama-inspired battle skins compounded by space weapons in the game. Futurama is an American animated science-fiction sitcom that gained fame among the show’s fans due to the uniqueness of the humor offered.
Fans of both Fortnite and Futurama will and should be quite happy and excited about the new collaboration as it will allow the fans of the show to have their favorite characters be a part of the battle royale.
A lot many more collaborations have been lined up for a future date in Fortnite however they are still not confirmed yet by Epic Games. The news of the current Futurama collaboration was shared by Epic through their Twitter handle where they shared the news of the collaboration.
The tweet included a link to a video premiering on YouTube on July 26 at 6 AM ET and the tweet read, ALL HAIL HYPNOTOAD. 7.26.23. Future details of the event will be shared via the video that is scheduled to go live in the early hours of July 26.
Fortnite has been doing plenty of collaborations over time
Fortnite is definitely not new to these sorts of collaborations as they have done collaborations in the past with even the unlikeliest of the franchises and pulled it off to perfection. Several characters have been appearing in the battle royale that we never thought would be seeing in the game.
Whether it’s the battle kin Dragonborn or the leader of Autobots, Optimus Prime, we have literally seen them all be rumored to be part of the battle royale in recent times. Hence it’s safe to say that collaboration with Futurama does not surprise us at this point.
The new collaboration with Futurama will bring in a lot of new content for the fans to access especially the battle skins which will be made available from the in-game shop. There would be 3 skins as part of the collaboration featuring Bender, Fry, and Leela in the game. The new content from the collaboration will definitely add more fresh content for the players and fans to enjoy and will bring collective information from both communities to the game, resulting in a more engaging experience for everyone.
