Sound Games Inc has announced to launch their new co-op multiplayer action sim title, Go Ape Ship!, on Android, iOS, and PC today. The devs have introduced a cross-platform model, letting you unlock the full gameplay across all supported platforms with just one single purchase.
Work together with your Astrochimps crew to survive space chaos
So, Go Ape Ship! is a frantic co-op space adventure suitable for one to eight players. In this indie title, you and your crew of brave Astrochimps must handle various ship tasks, tackle sudden emergencies, and also upgrade your spaceship while safely reaching towards the stars.
I’m already liking the overall setting where teamwork feels like the core of the game. The monkey astronauts also look goofy in a funny way, and I’m sure it’ll be cool helping revive teammates or even bonking someone with the reflex hammer for obvious “medical reasons.” To me, this feels the exact opposite of Among Us.
You can master various mini-games, unlock and upgrade diverse rooms, and more
And I’m not trying to glaze but it does look fun thanks to 40+ mini games that you can master like adjusting thrusters or cooking meals to run the spaceship smoothly. Also, by completing the missions, you can spend earned points to unlock and upgrade 8 distinct rooms with their own mini games.
All in all, this game has a lot of potential and seems enjoyable, especially if you’ve a solid bunch of friends to play with. I mean the content is also packed with vibrant visuals and character designs, variety of mini games, six difficulty settings, an Endless mode, and more. Now, I can’t wait to travel across 6 destinations in the Solar System.
Go Ape Ship! is set to on Android, iOS, and PC today. So, now you can pre-register for the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store and wait for the launch.
