King’s Raid opens global closed beta registration, cross-platform testing begins January 29th, 2026

Ready for a raid?

Story Highlights
  • King's Raid global closed beta test runs from January 29 to February 4, 2026.
  • CBT invitations will be emailed on January 26 to selected global participants.
  • Cross-platform testing includes Android, iOS, and Steam PC versions.

Masangsoft has officially locked in the schedule for the King’s Raid Global Closed Beta Test, and this time it is open to regular players, not just creators. The test will run from January 29 to February 4, 2026, and players can try it on Android and iOS, as well as PC via Steam.

King’s Raid had shut down earlier this year before its revival, thanks to Masangsoft

This closed beta focuses on a rebuilt version of King’s Raid, featuring improved graphics, better performance, and the same strategy-based combat the game was known for.

If you want to be part of the next test, make sure you head to the official website and drop your email ID, that’s it. Invitation emails will be sent out on January 26, 2026, to selected applicants. Store links are not active at the time of writing.

One important detail is platform selection. Players who registered earlier are considered Steam participants by default, so anyone who wants to test the game on mobile will need to reapply and choose Android or iOS again.

The history behind King’s Raid is something to look at. The title was under Anic Inc. in the same name, which ran for over eight years before shutting down on March 15, 2025. However, in the same month, South Korean developer and publisher Masangsoft acquired the King’s Raid IP.

This IP acquisition also came with the announcement of the “revival” of the title and promised an improved experience. While an initial relaunch window was hinted at in 2025, we are getting a CBT instead, a good move nevertheless.
