- BGMI Career Mode turns in-game behaviour into real world career skill insights for gamers.
- It uses psychometric assessments and gameplay analytics to create a personalised Career Mode report that supports resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and more.
- BGMI Career Mode is now live, letting you create your own candidate personality report.
KRAFTON India has kicked off BGMI Career Mode for BGMI, an industry-first initiative with the aim to connect in-game behaviour with real-world career skills. Developed in partnership with Aeos Group andLeo Burnett India, this initiative is now live and can provide you with a personalised Career Mode report.
BGMI Career Mode lets you showcase real skills beyond in-game ranks
Before anything, I envy new players as I wish such initiatives were available when I was grinding the game with my friends. Anyways, BGMI Career Mode highlights skills you showcase during matches like teamwork, leadership, and more, and translates gameplay patterns into career-relevant skill insights that support your resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and even any personal growth journey of yours.

With the help of Aeos Group, this system blends structured psychometric assessments with detailed gameplay analytics of yours to build the personalised Career Mode report. Moreover, it groups the above insights into Core Skills, Adaptive Skills, and Additional Attributes.
I can’t believe how far we’ve arrived in the gaming space as different countries like India are now acknowledging it as a place where real skills are showcased, while also validating “the time and effort players invest in the game.” Srinjoy Das, Associate Director – Product and Marketing, KRAFTON India, rightfully said that gaming is a “space where real behaviours and skills naturally emerge.”
How the industry-first initiative BGMI Career Mode actually works
Though I said a lot of stuff, you must be wondering how exactly BGMI Career Mode actually works. So, this system works by blending two layers of inputs to form a structured reflection of you.
- The first layer is a psychometric assessment that captures your behavioural preferences, personality indicators, and work-style tendencies via a guided assessment that you need to complete.
- The second one focuses on your in-game behaviour, analysing patterns like strategic thinking, composure, adaptability, and more, where you’re engaging in competitive play.
- These signals are then combined with the psychometric inputs to generate a detailed Career Mode report for you.
In my honest opinion, this is a great initiative as I agree with the team that “Gaming environments often
allow players to express their most authentic selves,” compared to how we behave in classrooms or offices. Kudos to KRAFTON India for giving their best to the Indian gaming scene. If you’re interested, access it via this official career mode website.
