Lost Oasis: Monster War is a strategy RPG that blends monster taming with rebuilding a fallen town. It is set in a sun-drenched cartoon world, where you collect powerful adorable monsters and lead them through endless challenges, while exploring the world and restoring life in this lost oasis.
Lore-wise, your village fell to harsh winds and sands, and it’s now up to you to rebuild it from scratch. So, you’ll get to construct buildings, upgrade the facilities, and slowly expand this settlement of yours to help it thrive. While, managing resources looks bothersome, the idle rewards will make your grind relaxing.
You can battle bosses and turn them into allies, train and evolve them, and more
I know you’re more interested about the monsters and battles. So, you can battle bosses like dragons and capybaras, and turn them into allies, or just summon more via Gacha to train and evolve them. It is important because, you can then use their unique abilities and roles in tactical tower defense battles.
Overall, if you love monster taming titles with idle gameplay, this looks like a great pick. The content is also great, with a main storyline, bosses, guilds and alliances, monster synergy, resource management, and more. The monster designs here reminds me of Palmon: Survival, so I’ll surely be trying it out.
