TidepoolGames has launched pre-registration for its auto-battler action RPG, MageTrain, for Android and iOS. According to the official App Store’s listing, the game is expected to release on April 8, 2025.

MageTrain is a new title that uniquely combines elements of snake, auto-battler action, and strategy. In this game, your mission is to lead a growing train of unique heroes through relentless enemy waves in fast-paced arena battles.
You can strategically position them, and level them up for better efficiency, and you should avoid collisions. You can take advantage of powerful abilities and synergies to enhance your team’s performance for a better run.
Take on dungeons and enemy types while using your skills
I am drawn to the game’s retro pixel visuals and nostalgic soundtrack. Beyond that, you can recruit various auto-attacking heroes, and build a squad with them. The game will offer nine heroes at launch, each with their unique abilities that change depending on how you position them in the train.
