Renowned mobile Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) has taken to their official social media pages, including their Twitter account, to announce their first-ever official animated series. In a tweet, Mobile Legends have announced that the upcoming animated series, named The Legends of Dawn: The Sacred Stone. It would be premiering for worldwide viewers later this year in Fall 2021. An Instagram post on the Mobile Legends official Instagram account has also provided additional information regarding the long-awaited release of the first-ever official animated series for the game.

The animated series will be premiering on China-based world-leading internet and technology company Tencent’s video streaming website, WeTV. Premieres will also take place Malaysian free-to-air television network TV9, Indonesian free-to-air television channel NET. Animated series will also be aired on the Philippines commercial broadcast network and syndication, program distributor, and production company, ABS-CBN.
Many fans of the game have also expressed their excitement and anticipation over the newly-announced news on the various social media platforms. The Instagram post has quickly accumulated tens of thousands of likes and the tweet getting over a hundred retweets in a short period of time. The numbers are expected to drastically increase over the next few hours across all the official Mobile Legends social media platforms.

In the Instagram post, Mobile Legends have stated that “For years, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has brought fun and joy to hundreds-of-millions of gamers around the world through new experiences — One of our core missions”. Such another fresh introduction to the game would be an upcoming animated series that “will bring our beloved heroes to life as they venture through the Imperial Capital in search of the Sacred Stone“. Additionally, the series will also “throw fans of the franchise on a light-hearted and comedic journey filled with refreshing visuals.”
