GOAT Games has announced their latest genre-defining dark fantasy strategy RPG, Motto Immortal, now open for pre-registration on both Android and iOS. We can expect the game to release on January 15, 2026, based on App Store’s listing.

First of all, the Motto Immortal team has done a great job with character design, which will surely pull players in. Now, it is a dark fantasy strategy RPG where mythologies collide, and a corrupt force called Umbral Echo has twisted the divine beings. So, you step in as a Wayfarer, to purify these fallen gods and restore balance.
Lore aside, the interactive AI system intrigued me more, as it lets us use prompts to recreate the goddess’ looks, or even have personality-driven conversations. Oh, the tactical card battle system also looks fun, where you build teams from five factions, place them tactically, and customize talent trees to dominate.
And, if the main story is not your thing, you can still dive into roguelike dungeons, test your resource management skills in the Old Ones trial, or take on collaborative social activities. Overall, I found it a solid title, with various game modes, card-based combat, and more, though some mayn’t like the AI inclusion.
