Webzen Inc. has revealed its upcoming idle RPG, MU: Pocket Knights, set to launch on mobile on September 18, with pre-registration now live. Developed by DAWNLIKE, the game is based on WEBZEN’s classic MU IP, launched in 2001, now entering the idle RPG genre.

MU: Pocket Knights is an idle RPG that blends the fast, low-effort progression of idle games with the rich content and character-building found in traditional MMORPGs. In this game, you’ll step into the MU Universe as adorable, pocket-sized characters in a fresh take on the classic series.
The story begins in Lorencia, a peaceful land thrown into chaos when an otherworldly force descends from the sky. Forests, mountains, dragons, and monsters are driven into frenzy, and following the guidance of the legendary Angel Fairy’s words, the adorable Pocket Knights are summoned.
For those unfamiliar, the MU IP includes fan favorites like the fully 3D MMORPG, MU Online, its newer take, MU Rebirth, MU Origin series, MU Legend, MU Archangel, and more. Since its launch in 2001, the MU series has grown with various titles and spin-offs, building a long-standing legacy that fan adores.
