Story Highlights
  • My Child New Beginnings is the sequel to famous interactive game, My Child Lebensborn.
  • The game offers a complex view into the trauma of a child.
  • It is a healing journey for those who have been through such situations in life.

The latest interactive story game, My Child New Beginnings, has finally been released by Sarepta Studio on both Android and iOS. This is the long-awaited emotional sequel to My Child Lebensborn, the 2019 BAFTA Games Beyond Entertainment award winner. The game provides a healing interactive storyline for those who have experienced a childhood trauma.

My Child New Beginnings explores complex themes of anxiety and trauma

My Child New Beginnings showcases an everyday interactive gameplay. While being a game that helps you connect with your inner child, the title delves into the emotional constraints behind a child’s trauma and how much it affects their development and views about life itself.

It is an evolving nurture simulation game where whatever you choose as the parents affects the child’s daily life. The story follows you as being a single adoptive parent of a preteen girl (if you choose Karin) or a boy (if you choose Klaus) who has gone through a traumatic experience.

While you go through the chapters with your child, making friends, the town keeps expanding and helps the child overcome trauma. The storyline is still engaging and unique, but the new “choose your child” mode makes it more interesting.

Personally, I loved the previous part of the game, and I was so moved by the storyline. If you love such titles, My Child New Beginnings has already been released on the Google Play Store and App Store for both Android and iOS devices.
