Dragonnest Games, known for AutoChess Moba, has announced a beta test for their new strategy RPG, Neo Artifacts, set for mobile from January 15 to 24 in Japan and Taiwan. Developed by cipaishe studio, a subsidiary of Dragonest Games, the test recruitment is now open along with global pre-registrations.
Get ready to meet stunning anthropomorphized Artifacters and save the world
First of all, Neo Artifacts happens to be the world’s first anthropomorphized SRPG, where famous artifacts are reimagined as characters. And I can totally see why it is getting traction in China, as the artwork and illustration are absolutely gorgeous. I also like characters like Starry Night, based on Van Gogh’s famous painting.
Now, lore-wise, civilization is falling as the Distortion slowly consumes the Orient. Only the incarnation of artifacts, called Artifacters, have the power to fight back, and that’s where you step in as the Curator to guide them and also save the land.
The good news is the beta test is arriving this month itself, so we’ll get a more closer look at the gameplay and overall content. And, I’m hope the global one arrives soon after, considering pre-registration is live. Oh, and you can also earn pre-registration milestone rewards, which are as follows:
