Peraspera Game, known for Eclipsoul and more, has announced the launch of its anime-style fantasy idle RPG, Neverfall: Dungeon Trials, now available on Android. There is no information yet regarding an iOS launch.
Immerse yourself in a virtual realm created by the System and meet stunning heroines
Otakus are gonna love Neverfall: Dungeon Trials, an idle fantasy RPG filled with Live2D heroines that will instantly grab your attention. Here, you set out on a unique adventure, dive into endless dungeons, and recruit these charming characters with whom you can engage in tactical battles.
So, the story takes place in a virtual dungeon realm created by the System, named Arcadia. In this realm, many adventurers arrive seeking fortune, glory, or clues about their origin, which gives me similar vibes to the Tower of God anime. And, you’re given a special duty directly by the System, after surviving 3 full cycles on your own.
Players can build teams with the maidens and enjoy story-based dungeons and bosses
For me, the biggest appeal will be the dungeon maidens, with more than 100 unique characters, animated with Live2D visuals and original Japanese voice-overs. Okay, okay, enough about their looks. So, you can form a strong team, blend their commander abilities, relics, and tactical setups for combat.
Then it’s the generic auto dungeon runs and boss battles, and to be honest, I’m somewhat tired of these idle titles. Still, I can tell that many might enjoy it, especially with its friendly gacha system, intimacy with the heroines, story-based dungeons, collaborative raids, exclusive time-limited seasonal activities, and more.
