Last month, the developers at Krafton introduced a new September 2023 Patch Update for New State Mobile involving a new Lab mode for the players, changes in the Akinta map, and more. Following the same, the latest September 2023 update and the Patch Note (v0.9.53) for New State Mobile are here.
This time, the game brings a ton of cool stuff including a new weapon drop, newly ranked deathmatch mode, weapon rebalance, out-game updates, and more. Let us break down these changes in the current patch update.
New State Mobile September 2023 Update: Ranked Deathmatch mode and new Weapons
Players can now test their skills and earn rank points based on their performance in the latest Ranked Deathmatch Mode. The rank points will both increase and decrease based on the results of the matches played in ranked mode. Defending higher-ranked players successfully will earn more points.
The average rank points for each team can be seen on the loading screen before a death match. These matches will be held on certain matches throughout the week. After the end of the season, players will be awarded titles and rank points based on their points.
New Weapon: MP9 SMG
The gun can be found in all the maps and will be spawned in the field. MP9 will have a pre-mounted suppressor, helping players to control the recoil. Besides, the fast muzzle velocity will help to take down enemies swiftly.
The gun can be customized using several attachments for scope, magazine, and stock. One of the attachments for the gun’s stock is the C1 Dedicated Stock. It will increase vertical and horizontal recoil but decrease aiming speed.
Dedicated extended magazine for Tommy Gun
In the New State Mobile September 2023 update, a dedicated extended magazine can now be added to the Tommy Gun as a C2 customization. It will increase magazine capacity from 30 to 75 and reload speed but eventually decrease magazine slot and recoil control.
New State Mobile September 2023 Update: Weapon Rebalance
New State Mobile has analyzed the players’ game data and rebalanced the guns. Here are the details.

New State Mobile September 2023 Update: Outgame Updates and other
Players can now report others for negative behavior after the end of the match. Tapping on the Report button from the profile or from the career result screen will submit a report to the game. Players can now report other players for Inappropriate Player Nicknames as a dedicated option has been added to the report menu.
Battle Royale Season 11
Season 11 begins with resetting the final tier in the previous season. The game will reward some awesome skins this season.
Survivor Pass Vol. 23: Lila
The lead character of Survivor Pass Vol. 23 is Lila from Hunters. Players can get the character for free by reaching a certain pass level. Players can also get Lila’s costume set by upgrading to the Premium Pass, and many more rewards will be given upon purchasing Premium Plus
Once upgraded to Legacy Pass, players can obtain the Dr. Mad set. All NC consumed will be refunded once you purchase a Premium Pass and achieve a certain pass level.
