Niantic has announced the Pokemon GO Lush Jungle event taking place from Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Join your fellow Trainers for a Lush Jungle park spotlight! On Saturday, March 26, 2022, and Sunday, March 27, 2022, Cottonee will be appearing more frequently in parks. And, for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter a Shiny Cottonee, if you’re lucky!
New Pokemons coming in this Lush Jungle Event
Fomantis, the Sickle Grass Pokémon and Lurantis, the Bloom Sickle Pokémon will make their debuts in Pokémon GO. Also, the guardian deity of Akala Island, Tapu Lele, will also make its debut!
Timed Research and Wild Encounters
Timed Research focused on catching Grass-type Pokémon and exploring your area will be available throughout the event! Complete the research to earn items and encounters with various event-themed Pokémon, like Fomantis!
