Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil 2 Remake is coming to iPhone 15 Pro, iPad, and macOS devices

Horror is on you!

In the recently held Apple WWDC 2024, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil 2 Remake were announced to arrive for iPhone 15 Pro, iPad, and macOS devices. While Resident Evil 7 will be hitting the screens on July 2, 2024, the RE2 Remake is currently in development.

iPhone has previously released Resident Evil titles on its platform

I believe you fans know how big the Resident Evil franchise is. Speaking of the two action survival horror games coming to iPhone, Resident Evil 7 gets you to navigate around the Baker family estate, a very creepy place, with a dark and twisted storyline. Meanwhile, Resident Evil 2 Remake adopts modern graphics and gameplay mechanics to re-create the 1998 classic set in a zombie-stricken Raccoon City.

Also, these aren’t the first games in the franchise to hit iPhone devices. Previously, we saw Resident Evil Village launching first on October 30, 2023, which was announced in the Apple Event 2023, which was followed by Resident Evil 4 in late 2023. So, these two will be added as the third and fourth titles to join the iPhone family.

Capcom announced that the port of Resident Evil 7 will feature improved controls and a new Auto Fire function to automatically trigger a gun after aiming at enemies for a short time. Like the other recently released Resident Evil ports to Apple devices, it will feature touch controls and be compatible with Bluetooth controllers.

Resident Evil 7 biohazard is now available to pre-order on iOS devices

Well, if you are on any of the devices that I have mentioned, the game is available for pre-order for Apple devices as of today on the App Store. Once it launches on July 2, 2024, download the game on your device and enjoy the Resident Evil experience.
