The rivalry between the two esports teams has been nothing short of electrifying this season. RSG SG started the season with a 2-0 win in the League, followed by a 3-2 win on Day One of the playoffs.

After Slate Esports easily defeated EVIL (3-0) in the Lower Bracket Finals, the stage was set for a thrilling showdown between MPL SG’s now-eternal rivals. Slate Esports, which has had the worst of luck in recent matches, got off to a great start by winning the first game. RSG SG reacted angrily, and the two teams traded leads until the final, winner-take-all game. RSG SG finished with style and enthralled the audience.
