Silver and Blood and ACECRAFT US servers face multi-day downtime starting January 21, 2026, due to infrastructure updates

A long delay!

Story Highlights
  • Vizta Games confirms multi-day service suspension for Silver and Blood and ACECRAFT.
  • US servers go offline starting January 21, 2026, due to major infrastructure updates.
  • Players will be unable to log in or make purchases during the downtime, compensations planned.

If you are a player in the US who has Silver and Blood and ACECRAFT: Sky Hero, both from Vizta Games, installed on your mobile device, then be ready for a longer break. The developers have confirmed that the games will undergo major infrastructure updates, which means the service will be offline for several days.

Both games will be temporarily removed from the mobile app stores in the US

The service suspension begins on January 21, 2026, with maintenance work starting later the same day. This is expected to last three to five business days, and the exact reopening date has not been confirmed yet. The team says it will depend entirely on the progress of the updates.

During this period, both titles will be temporarily removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in the US. This means you will not be able to download the game, update it, or log into the servers if your account is registered in the US.

On top of that, official websites, top-up platforms, and related services will also be unavailable. To make up for the extended downtime, the team has confirmed daily compensation for each day the game remains offline. Once the servers are fully back online, additional compensation will be sent to all affected players.

This is not the first time US players have experienced something like this. In January last year, several titles, including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Marvel SNAP, were temporarily removed from US app stores following regulatory concerns involving publishers MOONTON GAMES, the parent of Vizta Games, and Nuverse.

While Vizta Games has not indicated any regulatory action behind this, the simultaneous downtime of the titles surely raises some concerns. We have reached out to the developers regarding the situation and will keep this space updated.
