Skul: The Hero Slayer, a roguelike action title developed by SOUTHPAW GAMES and published by Playdigious has now received an official launch for mobile. The game, earlier available for pre-registrations is now available for both Android and iOS. The game is priced at $7.99, however, if you purchase it before June 11th you can get yourself a 10% discount from the developers.
In Skul: The Hero Slayer, you slay the heroes to save the Demon King and his army of demons
Skul: The Hero Slayer offers a very contrasting experience compared to other fast-paced action titles as in this game, you are on the team of bad guys as you fight the heroes to save them. Although you start the game as Skul, a tiny skeleton soldier who is the last hope of the demon race, there are plenty of other characters in the game with their unique skills.
The contrasting premise of the game is what made it popular when it was first released in 2021 for PC and Console by NEOWIZ. The game features cartoony pixel-art 2D animations and cool powers from various characters which adds personality to the gameplay. The battles in the game are pretty fast-paced and require different combinations of powerups to succeed.
There is a special Dark Mirror Mode where the enemies will attack you with greater strength and it will be on you to face them with all your might. During the battles in Skul: The Hero Slayer, you might also come across the Mummies of Egypt, the Minotaur of Greece, the Dead Cells reference, and many other cool and fun easter eggs.
