THE HAABIZ has announced the launch of their new casual party card title, Slap ‘em UP!, now available on Android, iOS, and PC. Developed by Urnique Studio, the studio behind the award-winning puzzle adventure title, Timelie, this title is based on the classic Thai card game “Slave“.

Slap ‘em UP! is a lighthearted party card title that puts a fresh spin on the classic Slave card game with vibrant 2D visuals, quirky characters, and better gameplay. Here, you can taunt your rivals with funny cutscenes, send hilarious emojis, and play your cards at just the right moment to snatch the win.
I had no idea what the Slave card game was before this. Apparently, it’s also called Daifugo, a classic game where you take turns discarding cards in ascending order to be the first one to empty your hand and become the King, while the Slave position must obey the winner’s commands in the next round.

Now that I understand the rules, I genuinely want to dive into this fun blend of strategy, bluffing, and playful revenge. It sounds like one of those titles, like Among Us or Fall Guys, where laughter and friendly rivalry go hand in hand. Plus, the wacky cast of Slapmon, Gotcha Boy, Milli, and Akarinn brings their own flair with unique stories.
Overall, the game looks super fun, with easy rules, cross-platform support, emojis and stickers, global matchmaking, private rooms for up to four friends, customization options for cards, characters, and effects, and more. With Urnique Studio behind it, I’m surely going to try it out.
