Valiant Force 2, the tactical RPG from Studio XII Braves, have announced the shut down of the game’s servers on November 30, 13:00. The game was released in the SEA regions recently in February and just completed 7 months before a complete shutdown of the servers. No official reason has been stated by the studio behind the game ending its services as of now.

The game, aimed to bank on the popularity and fanbase of the existing Valiant Force prequel and offered a succession to the story of popular Valiant Force. However, with the news of its shutdown coming across, it’s fair to say that the game did not live up to the expectations of both the developers and the fans of the game. The official reason as stated before has not been delivered by the developers although it looks like it might be due to the lack of user engagement.
The game took the players to the events which unfolded a decade after the main events of Valiant Force and introduces some new characters alongside the familiar ones. The story revolved around the disappearance of the Crystal of Arathos and its guardian Leon Daracan which has exposed the lands to all sorts of troubles and dangers. The game, Valiant Force 2 featured a turn-based combat system that offered room for strategic gameplay and character selection.
In-app purchases have been suspended ahead of the shutdown of servers
The In-app purchases have been suspended by the developers in the game, meaning no current players in the game would be able to make any in-game purchases in the game till the servers are finally shut down on November 30. This would ensure a proper and systematic end to the servers without adding much chaos to the process.
