The latest entry to tactical RPG is Valiant Force 2, which has been released by Singapore-based game studio XII Braves, with the launch focusing on the SEA regions. The sequel to the popular title of the same name, the game’s focus will be on the Kingdom Of Arathos, the inspiration for the first title.
Experience the sequel in the world of Arathos in Valiant Force 2
Critically acclaimed Valiant Force was expecting a sequel and was in development for a while. Valiant Force 2 offers tactical turn-based combat with a lot of options to have a better gameplay experience with a fairly engaging storyline.
The game takes place in the Arathos years after the events of the first game, with a slew of new protagonists joining the fray. Following the disappearance of the Crystal of Arathos, Elise Arkwright sets out on a quest for justice across Arathos. Elise, along with her closest friends Felix Vulcan and Maeve Astraea, is tasked with bringing her childhood hero to justice.
With a lot of combat elements and storyline structure, it is believed the progress will be comforting, with the strategic elements of the game kicking in. Players have to control their characters by directing them around a grid-format field, and they can move or attack within a set radius of squares on the grid. It is their responsibility to try to make the best use of each troop and beat the opposition.
