The popular indie game Vampire Survivors is set to receive a couch co-op update, allowing for cooperative gameplay with up to four players. This exciting addition will be available on August 17th. Additionally, the recently revealed Nintendo Switch edition of the vampire-themed game will also be released on the same date.

The couch co-op mode is scheduled to be released as a free update on the 17th of August. It will enable players to engage in the entirety of the Vampire Survivors saga alongside a maximum of four participants in local couch co-op. This feature will be available on various platforms, including PC, Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and mobile devices (each player will require a separate controller).
Within the co-op mode, individuals can choose to either continue their existing game progress or embark on a fresh adventure alongside their companions, jointly confronting waves of the undead. Transitioning between single-player and co-op gameplay during different stages will be a seamless experience, allowing players to unleash mayhem at their discretion. As with many cooperative games, Vampire Survivors will also present occasions to test the bonds of friendship and challenge the very concept of “co-op.”
Vampire Survivors is coming to Nintendo Switch
The Nintendo Switch edition of Vampire Survivors is scheduled for release on August 17th at a price of $4.99/€4.99/£3.99. This version will include all the recent updates, including the highly sought-after 4-player couch co-op feature, from the immensely popular indie game. Additionally, players will have the option to purchase the Legacy of the Moonspell and Tides of the Foscari DLCs for $1.99/€1.99/£1.59 each.
