- Warframe’s Android global launch delayed due to infinite login loop bug.
- Pixel devices reportedly most affected during Canada early access phase.
- Canadian players can continue testing while fixes are deployed.
Just a day before its planned worldwide rollout, Warframe announces that its Android launch has been officially delayed. Makers Digital Extremes confirmed the postponement after players in Canada who received early access on February 11, 2026, began experiencing a major login issue.
No new release date announced until the issue is fully resolved
The problem, described as an infinite login loop, has reportedly affected multiple Android devices, with Pixel phones and tablets being the most impacted. Because of this, the team has decided to pause the February 18, 2026, global launch while they work on a fix.
At the moment, there is no confirmed new global launch date. Digital Extremes stated they want to fully resolve the login issue before committing to another timeline. The studio says the team is actively working on the problem and will share an update once they have more clarity.
It’s obviously not ideal, especially considering how long Android players have waited. Warframe first launched on iOS back in February 2024, and Android users were finally set to join nearly two years later, but now, even that’s not happening now.
For players in Canada, Warframe remains available on the Google Play Store. The regional test will continue while the team works on a solution. Players there may still encounter the login issue during this period, but this testing phase will help confirm whether the fix works before a global rollout happens.
The good news is that the Cumulus Collection launch reward isn’t going anywhere. Digital Extremes confirmed that the reward window will be extended to reflect the delayed release. The delay is disappointing, especially after years of development and beta testing, but at least the team is prioritizing stability over rushing the release.
