Howl, a tactical folktale title is now available on Android and iOS

Read for a dark fairy adventure?

Howl, a tactical folktale title developed by Mi’pu’mi Games and published under astragon Entertainment, is now available to download on both Android and iOS platforms. While we will be getting the demo for free, activation of the full version of the game is offered at a price of $3.99.

Howl brings a beautiful world with gripping levels of gameplay

I was aware of the game Howl, which has garnered positive reviews since its release on PC, consoles, and Nintendo Switch. astragon is known for Construction Simulator series of games, and with Howl, they aim to replicate that success. Simply put, the game is a turn-based tactical game set in a medieval world infused with folktales.

You embark on a quest to save villagers, confront different breeds of wolves, and glide through 60 levels across 4 captivating chapters. The game’s name explains your task, as strategic prowess is crucial as you plan up to six steps ahead to outsmart the wolfish creatures. With a repertoire of abilities like Vault, Smoke Bomb, and Piercing Shot, you’ll acquire new skills as you slay more wolves.

Let me tell you, the visuals are pretty unique, and hence the vibe is different as well. It is all set against the backdrop of a beautifully illustrated world crafted in the mesmerizing “living ink” art style, which is pleasing to me. Overall, there is no doubt that this game will invoke the dark folktale lover in you with a strategic challenge waiting.

If you liked the synopsis and want to give it a try, Howl is available on Android and iOS platforms, via Google Play Store and App Store respectively, for free with a purchasable option in-game.
