Ubisoft Limited has announced its latest educational discovery tour app, Medieval Baghdad, now available on both Android and iOS. This Assassin’s Creed Mirage spin-off offers a unique way to explore history while focusing on learning and discovery.
Explore the streets of 9th-century Baghdad and enjoy a gamified, narrative-driven journey
Medieval Baghdad is a standalone educational adventure that lets you step into the Islamic Golden Age and experience the city at its cultural and scientific peak. By using the rich world of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, it lets you explore the bustling markets, grand architecture of the Round City in the 9th century.

The best part is that it includes two modes, and you can use it completely free. Plus, you get to embark on a gamified, narrative-driven journey lasting around 2 hours, completing missions that involve investigating historical locations, gathering intel, and solving puzzles and missions for the Hidden Ones.
It includes various features, modern tools, and more
If you’re a fan of the AC series, you’ll miss the stealthy killing and violence, as the missions require clever problem-solving rather than any combat. I’m also excited for the Codex section, which offers detailed encyclopedic entries on the history, art, and culture of medieval Baghdad and the Abbasid Caliphate.
Overall, these discovery app looks very useful and worth trying, especially for the fact that its created in collaboration with historians and cultural experts, have interactive gameplay, intuitive controls, multi-language support, meaningful discovery, interactive 3D images, Augmented Reality, and more.
Medieval Baghdad is now available on both Android and iOS. You can now download the app via your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
