Four Angry Men is crowned as the champions of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2022 PEL Qualifier

Four Angry Men pulled off an amazing comeback after finishing last in the regular season!

The PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2022 PEL Qualifier has found its ultimate champion, ‘Four Angry Men’, after a 24-days of exciting play between the 17 competing teams. Four Angry Men (4 am) has secured its spot on the biggest esports stage of PUBG Mobile, the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2022.

Four Angry Men were crowned as the champions in the finals with 177 points, followed by Vision Esports as the runners-up with 172 points and Regans Gaming as the second runners-up with 157 points.

Four Angry Men’s path to glory

Four Angry Men had a terrible start to their tournament journey, as they were the last ranked team to qualify for the finals from the regular season. They struggled through all three weeks of the regular season game, gathering only 133 points from 30 matches, of which Four Angry Men earned 37 from week 1, 49 from week two, and the lowest 27 from week 3.

With an upsetting regular season run, Four Angry Men started the final in a pretty decent way getting the #3 place in the first match. They ended the first day with two chicken dinners, and the fans got their hopes back as their team was back in form when Four Angry Men needed it the most. They kept up their performance over the four days of the finals stage and secured 177 points and four chicken dinners in the finals. Four Angry Men pulled off one of the most memorable comebacks in any PMGC event.

Vision Esports fought well throughout the tournament and was very close to securing their spot in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, but they finished as the runners-up of the PEL Qualifier with 172 points, only 5 points behind Four Angry Men.

Regans Gaming and The Chosen finished in the third and fourth positions with 157 and 153 points, respectively, while Six Two Eight finished in an upsetting 5th position with 152 points after ranking first in the regular season.

The PMGC was undoubtedly interesting to witness for both fans of the franchise, the team, and of betting as well. Considering how Four Angry Men were an underdog after the regular season’s results, bookmakers must have had a field day with the bets being placed on the team or their competitors.
