As machine hunters, you can either team up with others to defeat the massive machines or go against the rival tribes for dominance. Talking about tribes, you can join iconic tribes like Nora, Tenakth, Utaru, or Oseram while you create your own unique character that you can also share with other players.

Sony and NCSOFT are preparing a major global launch for Horizon Steel Frontiers

From what has been revealed so far during the Q1 2026 earnings call, the project appears to be one of NCSOFT’s most important global releases yet. Co-CEO Park Byung-moo and CFO Hong Won-jun are expecting the title to help increase the company’s global brand presence, especially since it is based on one of Sony’s biggest IPs.

And with Sony’s high expectations for the project, both companies are still discussing the exact release timeline, along with the long-term marketing roadmap for the game. Another piece of good news is that there are no major development problems, as the CEO said. Overall, the game has high potential, so they should take time and provide a full-fledged experience without any issues.
