Free Fire esports‘ competitive season for 2022 has begun already and now the regional qualifiers are preparing to be held. Being a region, CIS is no exception, thus, the Free Fire Pro League CIS Season 4 is ready to be staged with the best teams from the region.

The event is not only for achieving the title of the regional champion, rather a chance to represent CIS on the world stage as it will send teams to the grand event, Free Fire World Series 2022 in Sentosa. Organized by Garena, the event will take place online.

Free Fire Pro League CIS Season 4: Schedule and Format

FFPL CIS Season 4, the main event of the CIS region, will open on February 5th and will conclude on March 26th, 2022. Teams will fight each other in 60 matches in 7 weeks of league play, each consisting 2 days; Friday and Saturday.

The top four teams will enter the grand finals and the bottom two will be eliminated. Teams placed from 5th – 16th will enter the Play-ins from where the top 8 will advance to the grand finals. The rest 4 will be eliminated. On April 3rd, 2022, the tournament will meet its final day.

The top 18 teams from the CIS region will join the fight for the trophy. The event will send two teams to the world stage; the champion will directly play the World Series Finals were the runner-up to the Play-ins. After the end of the event, the top 6 teams will qualify for the next installment of the event. Here’s the list of the participant teams.

FFPL CIS Season 4 Prize Pool

The event will share a total of $80,000 for the teams. The prize money will be shared amongst the teams in the given format:

  • Champion: $25,000
  • Runner-up: $12,000
  • Third place: $8,000
  • Fourth place: $6,000
  • 5th-6th: $3,500
  • 7th-8th: $2,500
  • 9th-10th: $2,000
  • 11th-12th: $1,500
  • 13th-14th: $1,200
  • 15th-16th: $1,000
  • 17th-18th: $800

Besides this, the MVP of the event will be awarded $1,700, and each team that can make a Booyah at Finals will get $200. However, teams will be looking to perform their best to grab a share of the prize money.
