After some exhilarating battles throughout the battlegrounds of PUBG Mobile, Season 1 of the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) European Championship 2021 has come to an end with Natus Vincere being declared as the winner. On their way to the championship trophy, the team accumulated a total of 144 kills and 288 points in 24 matches, leading a clean 44 points from the runner-up Unicorns of Love. However, seven teams other than these two also get their slots in the PMGC 2021.
PMPL European Championship Season 1 2021: As it happened
NAVI was consistent throughout the whole event. The team dominated all along and picked up four chicken dinners. Runner-up Unicorns of Love took five but couldn’t match the number of kills as NAVI did. CIS team Madbulls picked up 231 points and 99 kills in their pockets to claim third place. Sadly, PMPL CIS Season 2 champion Konina Power failed to qualify for the next event. The fourth-placed team from the League stage of last PMGC finished the tournament being fourth.
Prize pool
Being the champion, Natus Vincere wins $40,000 whereas the second and the third-placed team, Unicorns of Love, and MadBulls took $28,000 and $18,000 respectively.
Tixzy from Natus Vincere became the MVP of the event. Showing an exceptional performance by securing 49 frags in 24 matches, he was a great help for his team. Thus, $2000 went to his pocket.
PMGC 2021 qualified teams
Natus Vincere and Unicorns of Love have already qualified through PMGC Points. As both the teams finished in the top seven, the next seven best-performing teams qualified for PMGC 2021. The seven qualified teams are as follows.
