Organized by PUBG Corporation Tencent Games, PUBG Mobile’s biggest esports event so far, PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021, is soon to start. James Yang, Director of PUBG Mobile Esports announced the year finale event last July. There was no detailed information regarding the format and number of teams then.
PMGC 2021: Schedule and format
The final event of the 2021 PUBG Mobile competitive season will start on November 30. The event will close in mid-January. The league stage will run from November 30 to December 24.
From all the PUBGM Pro League country and regional championships, PMGC points, and other country-based leagues, 40 teams will fight for the crown. The participant teams are given below.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) will feature a stunning $6,000,000 prize pool. This is the biggest in any single tournament in mobile esports history. Even all the PUBGM tournaments from 2020 did not have this much amount to offer for the champion team. The PMGC Season Zero featured a total of $2M. The share of each team will be updated as the tournament reveals further details in the upcoming days.
Some facts related to PMGC 2021
Due to the slot expansion and the cancellation of Peacekeeper Elite Championship 2021, Tong Jia Bao Esports which originally qualified for the tournament is invited to PMGC. From the strongest teams from China to the newest regions like Arabia will join the fight among the best of the bests. By the end of January 2022, we’ll get to witness the end of the epic battle and the team that will be crowned the supreme.
