Brawl Stars Ziggy Guide: Attacks, Star Power, Gadgets, Gears and more

Ziggy, a Mythic Brawler, is the newest addition to the Brawl Stars roster, announced during the September Brawl Talk 2025. This Controller-class Brawler is now available in-game via the Brawler Event. In this guide, we will dive into Ziggy’s special attacks, gadgets, star powers, and gears, and provide helpful tips and tricks to help you master her in Brawl Stars.

New Brawler: Ziggy

• Rarity: Mythic
• Class: Controller
• Health at level 11: 5600
• Damage at level 11: 1760

Ziggy belongs to the Mythic rarity, and you can currently unlock her through the Brawler Event, which runs until September 28. Once the event ends, she will be available on the Starr Road, where you can get her using Credits. If you’re curious, you can already try her out in Mirror matches without unlocking her.

Now, to obtain her, you’ll need to collect 14 Ziggy Boxes. You can earn a Ziggy Box after every 2 wins in the Brawler Event. During this event period, you get 3 daily tickets that you can use to play random game modes. Moreover, you can either play with your own Brawlers or a maxed-out Ziggy in these matches.

He will arrive on the Starr Road on November 6, just hours before the new Brawl Pass season kicks off. This is a shift from past Brawler Events as part of testing different Brawler release timings. While the event itself won’t change much, the team is experimenting with dates and schedules for future Brawler releases.

With his main attack, you can summon a lightning strike at a targeted area, which deals huge area damage after a short delay.

Ziggy’s Super, Ziggy’s Fantastical Storm, lets you summon a giant, long-ranged electrical storm that moves rapidly. His Super deals massive damage to enemy Brawlers that are caught inside this storm. Moreover, it also moves more slowly if an enemy is inside it.

Tips for using Ziggy’s Super

• Control the battlefield with timing: His Super isn’t just for raw damage, as it’s also great for zoning out enemies. You can summon it where enemies are likely to move, forcing them to either dodge it or take heavy damage.
• Try to trap key targets: You should focus on catching high-value Brawlers like Controllers or Damage Dealers inside the storm.

Gadgets

Electric Shuffle

When activated, you’ll hit your nearest enemy with lightning strikes every second for 5 seconds, and they don’t even cost any ammo. This Gadget has a cooldown of 13 seconds.

Now You See Me…

And the Now You See Me… Gadget, lets you teleport to the same location as your next lightning strike. This Gadget also has a cooldown of 13 seconds.

Star Powers

Thunderstruck

With the Thunderstruck Star Power equipped, any Brawlers that take damage from your Super will be slowed by 20% for a second.

The Great Ziggini

And by equipping The Great Ziggini Star Power, you can increase the damage of your next main attack by 19% after hitting with a lightning strike.

Best Game Modes for Ziggy

With Ziggy’s powerful Attack and strong Super control, he is guaranteed to shine in a variety of game modes. And here are his best game modes, in my opinion:

• Hot Zone: I believe Ziggy’s Fantastical Storm will shine in Hot Zone, especially for area denial. You can drop a storm on the hot zone to block enemies, slow them down, and provide your team more space to counterattack. You can take advantage of Now You See Me… to teleport into a safe place.
• Bounty: You can try him in the Bounty mode, as his long-range attack and zoning potential may work well here. You can use his attack and Super to control key areas, and even slow them down with the Thunderstruck Star Power.

Best Brawler Combination with Ziggy

Ziggy can hold on his own, but pairing him with suitable teammates increases his overall potential even more. Brawlers like Stu or Belle complement him well, as Stu can dash enemies into Ziggy’s Super, while Belle can help with slowing shots to maximize damage from his Super.

Besides them, Support Brawlers like Poco or Gray allow you to stay a bit aggressive in fights. Byron is also a great choice as he can heal you from a distance, letting you safely spam your Super and basic attack. For tanks, you can go with Bull or Ollie.

Best Gears for Ziggy in Brawl Stars

Damage Gear

As a Controller Brawler, your goal should be to deal a lot of damage to your enemies, and the Damage Gear can help you with that. With this, you can deal an additional 15% damage to your enemies when your HP drops below 50%.

Shield Gear

If you plan to play aggressively and spam your attacks and Super, you can benefit a lot from the Shield Gear. You can equip it to gain an additional 900 health as a consumable shield that regenerates in 10 seconds when you are at full health.
