Milky Way Cookie is somewhat of an underwhelming Cookie in the game, especially in the Charge Roster of Cookies. Her kit and performance are quite lackluster in nature especially if players are considering end-game content such as PvP battles. As such, other Charge Cookies are better alternatives than Milky Way Cookies. Although there may be a chance for her to receive a Magic Candy in the near future patches.
