Beast Cookies are now the highest grade of Cookies, surpassing Ancient Cookies. Mystic Flour Cookie’s skill and kit revolve around providing strong support to the team, keeping them safe, and boosting their offensive and defensive capabilities. How to obtain Mystic Flour Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom

Mystic Flour Cookie is a Beast Cookie obtainable through the Gacha. Beast Cookies are currently the hardest Cookie rarity to acquire. Unlike Ancient or Legendary Cookie Soulstones, Beast Cookie Soulstones aren’t obtainable through the usual methods. They can’t be drawn from the Standard Gacha unfortunately. The only non-microtransaction way to get them is through the Beast Gachas.

Check out the Event exclusive Light of Apathy Gacha where you can meet Mystic Flour Cookie and obtain her Soulstones. Collect Light of Apathy through various Events or from the shop to pull Mystic Flour Cookie. In the Beast-gacha, Mystic Flour Cookie and Mystic Flour Cookie’s Soulstones will appear with a higher chance. After x250 Beast-gacha pulls, you can receive a guaranteed Mystic Flour Cookie. After the Beast-gacha event is over, the remaining Light of Apathy will be converted to Coins.

When magic first blessed these lands, Mystic Flour Cookie was revered as a saint—capable of granting wishes both big and small. Yet, as the crowds faded away, she was left with only apathy. Her once radiant light tarnished, leading her to join forces with the fallen Beast Cookies.

Despite everything, Mystic Flour Cookie neither feels anger nor sadness, as wishes are nothing but mere illusions and all worldly desires are destined to disappear one day. A world of nothingness. A world where every Cookie is liberated from burden. That is the perfect world she envisions. Once reaching that enlightenment, one shall open their eyes to the blinding truth: Apathy.

Whispers of Apathy

Creates the Realm of Apathy, shielding the allies with the Cocoon of Futility. Allies within the Realm of Apathy have their HP periodically restored. They will also gain the Touch of Meaninglessness buff. Once the duration of the Realm of Apathy is over, the allies will be Healed for a portion of the DMG they have dealt. The Cocoon of Futility cannot be Dispelled or removed by Zap or Overcurrent. The effect will remain even after the HP Shield reaches 0 capacity. If the target is at Max HP, incoming Healing will restore the HP Shield instead. If an enemy Cookie enters the Realm of Apathy, its Cooldown will be increased, otherwise their ATK SPD will be reduced. They will also be debuffed with the Pale Plague, increasing the remaining Cooldown when dispelled. Mystic Flour Cookie will increase her own DMG Resist based on the decreased amount of Cooldown. Her Lantern of Apathy will keep healing the allies regardless of Mystic Flour Cookie’s current status and will be further enhanced when she is defeated. If there are no Safeguarded Cookies in the team, Mystic Flour Cookie cannot be incapacitated, and gains increased Max HP. The amount of Healing coming from the Lantern of Apathy and its trigger rate will also greatly increase. Ally Cookies will also be provided with Buff Protection. Mystic Flour Cookie is immune to Apathy along with all targets of the Cocoon of Futility and disrupts the Power of Apathy effect affecting enemies. (Cooldown: 15 seconds)

Mystic Flour Cookie: Analysis of Play-style and Skillset

Mystic Flour Cookie’s skill, “Realm of Apathy,” creates a protective area that provides multiple benefits to allies and debuffs to enemies.

• Realm of Apathy: Mystic Flour Cookie generates a zone that heals allies periodically and grants them the “Touch of Meaninglessness” buff. At the end of the skill’s duration, allies receive additional healing based on the damage they’ve dealt.
• Cocoon of Futility: This protective shield can’t be dispelled or removed, even when its HP is depleted. If an ally is in full health, the healing effect will instead strengthen the shield.
• Enemy Debuffs: Enemies entering the Realm of Apathy face increased cooldowns and reduced attack speed. They also receive the “Pale Plague” debuff, which further increases the cooldown when dispelled.
• Self Buffs: Mystic Flour Cookie boosts her damage resistance based on the cooldown reduction effect. Her “Lantern of Apathy” continues to heal allies even if she is defeated and provides additional healing and max HP if no safeguarded Cookies are present in the team.
• Immunity: Mystic Flour Cookie and allies under the Cocoon of Futility are immune to the Apathy debuff. She also disrupts enemy debuffs and resists most interrupting effects while her skill is active.

Some additional notes to her kit and game-play include:

• Regular healing targets the three lowest HP allies, healing them for a significant portion based on Mystic Flour Cookie’s attack.
• She remains unaffected by attack speed changes and any other knock-back effects while using her skill.
• The “Pale Plague” debuff visibly affects enemies and stops any immunity.
• The Lantern of Apathy provides many benefits and scales up especially when Mystic Flour Cookie is the last line Cookie in the battle.

Mystic Flour Cookie has an assortment of Toppings to choose from depending on what you prefer in her build. Mystic Flour Cookie is a Healing Cookie with her position being in the Rear. As such, there are two recommended Toppings to choose from depending on her build. The most recommended build is the full Swift Chocolate set.

To reduce her Skill’s cool down you will be required to use her Skill to enable her buffs and debuffs frequently. Another build is a more offensive build for Mystic Flour Cookie which is a full-set Searing Raspberry Toppings. This would boost her damage.
