Legendary and the Cookies above the Rarity gets their own Limited Rate Up Banner when they are initially released, where players need to obtain exclusive wish currency to pull for them. Shining Glitter Cookie has 2 recommendations of Toppings that can be equipped. You can either stack the 5 Toppings or use a mixture of them with other Toppings. The main priority of Toppings would be Solid Almond Toppings. Final Thoughts
Shining Glitter Cookie is a confusing Cookie to place in terms of how well she performs in the META of the game. Despite being a Super Epic Cookie, her kit and damage are quite underwhelming compared to the previous Super Epic Cookies we have received so far such as Stardust Cookie, Capsaicin Cookie, etc. Her kit and play style is unique and as a result, she does not synergize well with most of the existing Cookies.
As of now, players can very well skip her banner and don’t have to feel pressured to pull for her since she is not a ground-breaking META character. We might have to wait for future Cookies which can bode well with her skill. But one thing is clear Shining Glitter Cookie acts well as a Support rather than a main damage dealer.
