eFootball 2025 is continuously bringing new Epic cards, and with the recently arrived v4.3.0 update, it isn’t any different. With the arrival of a new Show Time skill named Acceleration Burst, we also have three new cards that have arrived with the Epic pack celebrating this new skill.
We have an MSN version of Neymar, alongside the sensation that is Lamine Yamal and Takefuso Kubo. Most of you are eager to try out these players, but do they truly live up to expectations on the pitch for the coins you spend? Here’s my opinion after looking at all three cards shared in this eFootball 2025 Acceleration Burst Pack review.
Epic cards from the Acceleration Burst pack in eFootball 2025
Following a similar pattern, we see 150 players in this pack with two Epic and one Big Time card. But for the first time, all three have Show Time skills, going away from the pattern where one card usually would be your regular Epic.
Neymar Jr.
- Position: LWF
- Playing Style: Prolific Winger
- Card Type: Big Time
Neymar is exactly what you’d expect, insane dribbling, tight control, and the ability to glide past defenders like they aren’t even there. With his quick stepovers, flip-flaps, and smooth movement, he’s a nightmare for defenders in 1v1 situations.
Speed was always on the higher side for this player, but with the added Show Time skill, he becomes even harder to catch onto. Something I noticed about this card is that compared to his previous versions, this Neymar isn’t a massive upgrade.

Yes, you can notice the stats are all in green when in comparison, but during his first arrival as a normal Epic card during the MSN Barcelona pack, I reviewed his card and that card was phenomenal. This card is awesome too, but he was already good so there isn’t any level above that.
His playstyle remains the same, and while his finishing and dribbling are slightly better stats-wise, the big plus is his physical getting a +5 on base. If you already have the MSN Neymar card, you might not feel a huge difference. But if you don’t have him and want a flashy winger who can create and score, he’s one of the best.
Lamine Yamal
- Position: RWF
- Playing Style: Prolific Winger
- Card Type: Epic
Yamal is all about agility, creativity, and tight ball control. His dribbling feels fluid, and he can twist and turn past defenders effortlessly. While his finishing isn’t elite, he makes up for it with sharp passing, excellent crossing, and the ability to pick out teammates in space.

That said, his physicality is a weak spot. He’s not going to hold off strong defenders, and if you play against high-pressing teams, he might get pushed around a bit.
So push those numbers at least to 75. You also need to give him some finishing skills, especially First Time Shot and Long Range Shooting. Super Sub might also work well, to take advantage of his lower stamina and push harder in the 2nd half.
Takefusa Kubo
- Position: RMF
- Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
- Card Type: Epic
If you need a quick playmaker, with smart passing, and creative dribbling, Kubo can be your pick. He feels incredibly smooth on the ball, just like his other cards. His passing is sharp with skills backing him up, alongside the prowess of his off-the-ball runs are solid, with which he can find space in dangerous areas.

The downside? His physicality isn’t great, so he can get bullied by stronger midfielders. His finishing is decent but not superior, so if you plan to use him as a secondary striker, which I feel is the best way to build him it’s worth adding skills like First Time Shot to make him more of a goal threat. He also benefits from Super Sub, as his player ID can be even more effective against tired defenders.
Best pick from Acceleration Burst pack in eFootball 2025
Whenever any Big Time card comes, he is automatically your best pick. The same goes for this pack too, Neymar is the player you should target. But if you are asking me whether you want to go for this version after having the MSN one?
Stats might say yes, but he doesn’t have major improvements over his older version performance-wise. Those looking for a new attacking option will find Yamal and Kubo to be the most unique picks, especially the former.
