eFootball 2026 Highlight Role Changers March 2026 Nominating Contract Review

Any "game" changer?

A new month in eFootball 2026, and we are here with the new Nominating Contract selections, and this time we have the Highlight Role Changers March 2026 set. Unlike the usual picks, this selection focuses on players showcasing their out-of-position brilliance, bringing familiar names into roles they don’t typically occupy.

At first glance, the lineup might look a bit unusual, but these Role Changer cards are fun to use. If you’ve been saving up your Nominating Contracts, choosing the right player can still make a difference. So before you lock in your pick, let me break down the options and help you decide which Role Changer is actually worth signing.

eFootball 2026 “Role Changers” March 2026 NC players listed

Rafael Leão

  • Position: CF
  • Playing Style: Deep-Lying Forward

First card, and honestly, not much of a role changer, still a forward. Leão’s biggest strengths are still his pace and acceleration. With that kind of speed from a central position, he can drop a little deeper, receive the ball, and drive forward into space. The dribbling and balance remain good for a CF, passing in the 70s is okay for the role as well.

Dominik Szoboszlai

  • Position: RB
  • Playing Style: Offensive Wingback

We have seen it all with this guy, I guess, a multiple-position monster. An interesting profile on the right side. The stamina, pace, passing, and kicking power are good numbers there. Even can push his Dribbling to the early 90s. Well, zero defending skills on this guy, so you are better off training him at RMF, he’s a potential 101-102 rated card there who can come in very handy.

Francisco Trincão

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Creative Playmaker

Technically, this card looks quite nice. Ball control, dribbling, and tight possession are all sitting at strong numbers, so operating in crowded attacking areas shouldn’t be a problem. Passing is also comfortable enough for a playmaker role. The pace isn’t explosive, but overall this feels like a smooth on-the-ball profile with whom you can pass and move with.

Ronald Araújo

  • Position: CF
  • Playing Style: Fox in the Box

Probably the most unusual one from this group. Araújo as a striker obviously leans heavily on his physical traits. At 191 cm with strong physical contact and good heading, he naturally becomes a big presence inside the box. Finishing is respectable as well, so he can convert chances when they fall to him. More of a fun profile built around strength and aerial ability.

Teun Koopmeiners

  • Position: CB
  • Playing Style: Build Up

This one actually looks no way passable as a centre-back. As a card, the defensive numbers are solid across the board, and what stands out a bit more is the passing. Physically, he’s decent as well, but the pace is suicidal in the current meta, so building him as a CMF is the way to go.

Patrick Dorgu

  • Position: LMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player

A very energetic-looking card. Speed and acceleration are both strong, and the stamina supports a player who can run the entire game down the flank. Dribbling numbers are also quite decent, so carrying the ball forward should feel smooth enough. Still, doesn’t quite cut it.

Ayumu Seko

  • Position: DMF
  • Playing Style: Anchor Man

A fairly straightforward defensive midfielder setup. Awareness, engagement, and tackling are all decent, which is exactly what you want from an Anchor Man. Passing is also respectable, sitting in the low 80s, overall an okay card.

Ethan Mbappé

  • Position: RMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player

Trained as a winger, the dribbling set is actually quite nice, with good balance and pace. Speed and acceleration are also solid, which fits a wide midfielder. Can’t shoot and finish. Not a great passer, just decent.
