eFootball 2026 introduces something genuinely new with the Show Time Attack Trigger skill move, and what follows is pretty common: a pack. This is headlined by Bruno Fernandes, Frenkie de Jong, and Reece James, all having the skill alongside another Show Time option.
This brand-new Show Time skill is designed to improve attacking coordination. When the player equipped with Attack Trigger is in control of the ball, all other teammates receive a boost to their Attacking Awareness.
Although many have confusion on how this works, there is also a question on whether these card do play that role correctly. I did try out the cards from this pack, and I will answer if Attack Trigger works in real matches, and if this pack is worth your Coins.
eFootball 2026 Show Time Attack Trigger players
Bruno Fernandes
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Hole Player
- Show Time Skill: Low Screamer and Attack Trigger
I was quite surprised when Bruno didn’t show up in the Manchester United pack earlier this Monday, but well, I was surprised again. Bruno is one of those cards that looks good on paper, but when you compare him to top-tier AMFs, he isn’t the fastest, not the most explosive dribbler, and not the absolute best passer either.
However, he isn’t as bad as my statement is making him out to be. He is well-rounded, but not eye-catching when it comes to stats, I feel. Close control and tight possession are solid. He feels comfortable receiving the ball in traffic, but physically, he can get pushed off. That’s something I noticed quite quickly.

Compared to someone like Zola from last week, who has lower physical contact but insane on-ball smoothness, Bruno feels slightly heavier. Maybe Momentum Dribbling would have suited him more than Low Screamer.
Now the interesting part is Attack Trigger. I genuinely noticed something different. When Bruno got the ball at AMF, my Gerd Müller started making runs almost instantly. It felt like a mini link-up boost. I could observe this more as he was an FITB, and I tested it with my Puskas and Batistuta. Worked again.
If this skill stays as it is and we eventually get a strong Hole Player plus Goal Poacher Link-Up Playstyle combo built around it, that could become very dangerous. That was easily the most exciting thing about this Bruno card.
Suggested Skills: First Time Shot, Double Touch, Heel Trick, Cut Behind and Turn, Sole Control
Suggested Booster(s): Ball Protection

Frenkie de Jong
- Position: CMF
- Playing Style: Orchestrator
- Show Time Skill: Phenomenal Pass and Attack Trigger
This was my target. I didn’t get him. Well, hard luck. But I won’t blame this because my pack has been pretty good. Still, looking at the numbers and from experience with his previous cards, this is probably the best overall card in the pack.

Defensive stats are elite-tier for a midfielder. Speed in the 90s, stamina in the 90s, strong passing, good dribbling. If trained as a CMF, he can even push into 107 territory. This is what I felt his build should lean toward.
Frenkie has always been that smooth controller type in midfield. He can dribble out of pressure, recycle possession, and now, with Phenomenal Pass plus Attack Trigger, he becomes even more dangerous in build-up. Under Capello’s Link Up, this card would honestly be scary. That’s why missing him hurts a bit.
Suggested Skills: Pinpoint Crossing, Man Marking, Fighting Spirit, Blocker
Suggested Booster(s): Breakthrough
Suggested Progression Points Allocation for Frenkie de Jong

Reece James
- Position: RB
- Playing Style: Offensive Fullback
- Show Time Skill: Edged Crossing and Attack Trigger
I’ve read some disappointment around this card, especially about his dribbling. Honestly, I didn’t feel that at all. He didn’t feel sluggish in my games. In fact, performance-wise, I’d say he impressed me more than Bruno.

He’s strong. He doesn’t get bullied off the ball. Pace is good, defending is reliable, and his passing feels sharp. The Curl stat is very high, and you can actually feel that in crosses and even free kicks. Edged Crossing combined with that Curl makes him very dangerous from wide areas.
The only thing is that Attack Trigger doesn’t feel as impactful on a defender. It just doesn’t seem as noticeable compared to using it on an AMF like Bruno. That skill feels more suited for central attacking roles.
Suggested Skills: Double Touch, Cut Behind and Turn, Sliding Tackle, Blocker, Man Marking
Suggested Booster(s): Crossing, Passing
Suggested Progression Points Allocation for Reece James
| Shooting | Passing | Dribbling | Dexterity | Lower Body Strength | Aerial Strength | Defending | GK 1/2/3 |

Best pick from the Show Time Attack Trigger pack in eFootball 2026
Bruno is decent and the new skill interaction is genuinely interesting. Reece James quietly performs better than many are giving him credit for. Frenkie, in my opinion, is still the best card of the three and the one I wanted the most.
Now, is the skill worth it? I found it interesting, and felt this would come in handy for those who’ll pop-up in the opponent’s area more, AMF, SS, and CMF is a good choice. For Reece I didn’t feel the affects yet, but maybe soon. Without the skill itself, this pack is nice to spin for.
Here’s my final cards tier list and pack rating.
