In this article, we will discuss the best team compositions in Eversoul based on formations, type, role, and strategy.
Best Team Compositions based on Formations in Eversoul
Soul buff is an additional buff that is given to each character deployed with the same type, at least 3 characters or more or several other conditions. This is an easy way to define your team. The following is a category regarding soul buffs in the Eversoul game:
- 3 of the same type : Gives your character additional stats worth 10% ATK and 10% HP
- 5 Souls of different type : Gives your character additional stats worth 10% ATK and 10% HP
- 3 of one type + 2 without demons: Gives your character additional stats worth 15% ATK and 15% HP
- 4 of the same type : Gives your character additional stats worth 20% ATK and 20% HP
- 5 of the same type : Gives your character additional stats worth 25% ATK and 25% HP
Apart from relying on soul buffs, you can also set strategies through these formations, because each formation has additional stats and different deploy placements. Here we will discuss it in terms of character roles.
The basic is a balanced formation between front row and back row. This formation is perfect for those of you who want to use 5 types of roles at once. You can put Defender and warrior/striker for the front row, then ranger, caster, and supporter at the back. That way this formation will be balanced in terms of their respective roles.
The defense is a formation that relies heavily on defense. This formation is perfect for those of you who want to protect their soul character who is in the back row, because this back row is the main damage dealer in your formation. You can place a soul with a defender role that has the strongest defense on the front row, then on the back row you can place casters and rangers who have DPS and AoE.
Ranged is a formation that relies heavily on souls with long-range attacks because there are 4 characters in the back row that can be deployed. This is perfect for those of you who have a lot of soul characters with ranged attack types, so don’t waste it. You can put 1 of your best defenders on the front, at least for the early game your back row won’t be hit right away. Then on the back you can put 1 supporter, then the remaining 3 can be combined with a role caster for the burst part, and ranged for the DPS part.
This Assault is the opposite of ranged, which relies on melee attacks because there are 4 placements on the front row, but it doesn’t mean that because there are 4 on the front row then you make it a defense, because the stats given are relatively low for DEF and HP. Therefore you can place souls with very strong melee attacks such as strikers and warriors on the front.
You can also deploy 1 defender whose job is to provide CC to the enemy, so the enemy doesn’t just attack casually. Then for the back we recommend using souls that are versatile, such as supporters or if you really want a full attack, you can use a caster or ranger. Eversoul has many strategies to use, but it all depends on the souls you have, because from there you can adjust which formation you should use.
