Fortnite has been witnessing some strange activities inside the game. Players have seen strange cracks appearing in several locations in the ground from which vines are coming out. This might have something to do with the upcoming season, but to complete a quest from Week 12 in the game, players will need to visit excavation camp points on the map in Fortnite MEGA. They can also earn experience points and also get to find out more about the future update. So here’s how players can find out the excavation camp locations in the game.
Where to find the Excavation Camp locations in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 MEGA
The quest requires players to go to three excavation camps in total and the good thing is all of them are located relatively close to each other which means players will be able to complete this whole quest in a single match itself.
But players should be careful while going into these locations as all of them are located near Anvil Square which is a hotspot for a lot of players which means the chances of coming across enemies is always high.
The exact locations of the excavation camps are:
- In the woods located south of Anvil Square.
- In the forest which is located north of Anvil Square, south of Fridgeberg, and west of Icy Islets.
- Near Bamboo Circle which is located southeast of Anvil Square and directly east of Shattered Slabs.
The cause of the strange activities at these excavation camps is still unknown but it has surely something to do with the new season update which will allegedly feature a new jungle biome. After visiting each of the excavation camps at least once, players will complete this particular Week 12 quest and will be awarded 25000 experience points. Players should hurry to complete all the quests as this season is coming to an end on June 9, 2023, 2 A.M. ET and they have time since then to complete all of them.
