It was one of the many features which got removed but was brought back immediately with the new season as it is a very interesting and useful part of the game which is liked by many. That is why even though Fortnite OG was a very liked season in general, players were still missing the relatively new addition to the game which is the NPCs. New NPCs get introduced in every new season and this one is no different at all. So in this guide, we are going to talk about how you can find all the new NPC locations in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 and use the services that they offer.

These NPCs have permanent locations on the map which means you’ll find them at the same place every time you visit them in a match in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1. But some NPCs randomly spawn anywhere on the map from time to time and nobody can predict it.

For example, before the second Storm Circle in the map, if you go near Forecast Towers, you’ll most likely be able to spot a random hostile NPC that randomly spawns near these towers. Upon defeating them you’ll be left with a powerful weapon along with a forecast which will let you know when the next Storm Circle will occur before it is revealed to others.

Hostile NPCs and Bosses in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1

Hostile NPCs and Bosses are also important in Fortnite as they will most likely leave you with something rare and useful whenever you can defeat them successfully. One of the latest additions in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 is Society Medallions and the way you can acquire them is only by defeating some of these hostile bosses.

Society Medallions will provide you with constant shield regeneration and also let you reach Mod Benches by going into secret vaults. There are a total of 5 Society Medallions available in Fortnite and that is why there are 5 different bosses whom you need to defeat. Oscar can be found at Lavish Lair, Nisha can be found at Fencing Fields, Peter Griffin can be found at  Snooty Steppes, Montague can be found at Grand Glacier and Valeria can be found at Reckless Railways respectively.

These bosses also have minions around them whose only job is to protect them. This is why they’ll start firing at you the moment you get close enough and thus should be prepared for this battle before you start fighting the main boss. Once defeated successfully, these bosses will leave you with a Society Medallion and a Mythic weapon too.
