Fortnite excels in adding newer elements to the in-game world each season. Chapter 3 Season 4 is currently live and the new deadly force of Chrome has been added to the latest chapter. The Herald is a powerful entity that acts as the main antagonist in the current season. She controls the Chrome which is spreading rapidly across the island of Fortnite. The Chrome upon contact turns everything into a gooey metal liquid. Since Chrome is spreading all over the island, weapons are also getting affected by it. Among the two Chrome weapons added to the game, the EvoChrome Shotgun is one of them.
Where to find EvoChrome Shotgun in Fortnite
The EvoChrome Shotgun can be found on the right side of the map in places that are covered in Chrome. Since Chrome is affecting most of the items on the island, the Chrome Chests and the EvoChrome floor loot are most likely to spawn in areas that are surrounded by Chrome.
How to evolve the EvoChrome Shotgun
Players will need to deal damage to opponents to evolve the EvoChrome Shotgun. The required damage points keep changing with each rarity. By using the blue bar underneath the gun in their inventory players will be able to track the rarity progress of their weapon. Players will need to deal damages to their opponents in order to fill up the blue bar.
The bar will continue to fill up until the gun’s next level of rarity has been reached. As a new rarity comes up players will find it increasingly difficult to deal damage to their opponents. Players can complete the week zero challenge for leveling up the EvoChrome Shotgun. The most efficient way to complete this challenge is by using the Burst Rifle which will help you with long-range shooting.
