As a Genshin Impact Electro character, Flins’s initial ascension materials will likely be the Vajrada Amethyst stones. These stones are dropped by various Electro-aligned bosses in Genshin Impact.

Mob Drops
The materials required for Flins’s progression include the Broken Drive Shaft, Reinforced Drive Shaft, and Precision Drive Shaft.
These items can be obtained from Landcruisers enemies scattered across Nod Krai. You’ll need these materials for Flins’s Ascension and Talent upgrades, so it’s a good idea to farm extra for future use.
Local Specialty
To Ascend Flins, you’ll also need to gather material called Frostlamp Flower, a Local Specialty from Nod Krai. Like other Local specialists, Frostlamp Flower respawns every 48 real-life hours, so it could take up to a week to collect enough to ascend Flins fully.
Boss Drops
You will need 46 total boss drops to ascend Flins to level 90. The boss she needs is called “Knuckle Duckle,” which is located in Nod Krai.
Mora
In addition, you’ll need 420,000 Mora to complete all of Flin’s Ascension phases, plus an additional 1,637,400 Mora to level him up using Character EXP Materials fully. Be sure to challenge Blossoms of Wealth to gather more Mora. If possible, take on these challenges in Nod Krai, as they often feature the Mob bosses required to ascend the character.
Talent Materials to Farm for Flins in Genshin Impact
As previously mentioned, Flins’s Talents also require Broken Drive Shaft, Reinforced Drive Shaft, and Precision Drive Shaft, though in much larger quantities. These materials are relatively easy to farm, but if you’re short, you can also purchase more from Paimon’s Bargains using Stardust or Starglitter.
