Artifact Stats
Before we talk about the priority of Artifact stats, the first thing that should be focused on is how much Energy Recharge is sufficient for Charlotte in order to proc her Elemental Burst. Charlotte has a high-range Elemental Burst cost (80 ER Cost).Â
Ultimately the way that Charlotte’s kit is built, since she provides a great deal of Cryo application and healing with her Burst, you would generally need her over 190% to proc her Elemental Burst every rotation for a Support build. Of course, this number can change depending on your team and build.
