Skill Analysis of HOK Chicha
Passive Skill: Forge Inheritor
Chicha cycles through her 5 ancestral weapons (Polearm, Spear, Dagger-axe, Halberd, and Bow. Each Basic Attack restores a portion of her Health and switches to the next weapon with increased range. Each Basic attack or Skill hit grants 1 stack of Fighting Spirit (lasts 4s, up to 8 stacks), with each stack granting 4% Attack Speed (can exceed the Attack Speed Cap).
Holding a Polearm or Spear puts her in Defence form, Dagger-axe or Halberd puts her in Offence form, while Bow puts her in Overkill form. Each form grants different Skill 1 and Skill 2 effects. Entering Overkill Form instantly reduces the cooldown of your Skill 1 and Skill 2 by 50%.
First Skill: Peak-crushing Polearm/Hell-binding Dagger-Axe/Sky-Shatterring Bow

- Defence Form: Chicha swings her weapon and leaps forward in the target direction, dealing physical damage to enemies in the path and carrying them to the landing point. After landing, thrusts forward, dealing Physical damage and launching enemies for 0.75 seconds.
- Offence Form: Chicha hooks her weapon at the target location, dealing damage to enemies in the path and carrying them to her landing point. After landing, she smashes the ground, dealing damage and launching them for 0.75s.
- Overkill Form: Chicha launches a Flying kick in the target direction, firing a piercing Arrow that deals damage while knocking back enemies for 0.75 seconds. If enemies hit a wall, they are restricted to a fixed area for 2s and take damage.
Second Skill: World-Splitting Spear/Star-Felling Arrow/Realm-Sweeping Halberd
- Defence Form: Chicha thrusts forward in the target direction, dealing damage and knocking back enemies (without applying Crowd control). For each target hit, she recovers a portion of Health (halved for non-hero units).
- Offence Form: Chicha sweeps in the target direction, dealing damage and knocking back enemies (without applying Crowd control). For each target hit, she recovers a portion of her Health (halved for non-hero units).
- Overkill Form: Chicha aims in the target direction, locking onto all enemies in range up to 5, while prioritising heroes. After aiming, she shoots arrows at all locked-on targets, dealing damage plus true damage equal to 10% of their lost Health. She also recovers HP for each target hit, while gaining crowd control immunity and 15% damage reduction.
Third Skill: Return of the Armsmaster
Chicha unleashes all 5 weapons, gaining a Movement Speed boost for 2s and 40% Attack Speed, while breaking the Fighting Spirit stack limit for 6 seconds.
During this time, she commands all 5 weapons to attack, with each Basic attack dealing extra damage. While using this skill, she can use her basic attack while moving. Overkill Form will remain active once entered.

Honor of Kings Chicha Guide: Gameplay Tips
Early Game
Proceed to the Clash Lane while using Chicha. In the early game, Chicha plays around, poking enemies, while sustaining via her Passive. Thanks to her passive, each basic attack heals her while changing her weapons, so keep attacking to stay healthy and build Fighting Spirit stacks for extra attack speed.

Skill 1 is your main engagement tool early, while Skill 2 helps you trade and heal through minions and heroes. You should constantly hover across lanes, assisting allies and creating pressure without overcommitting to risky fights.
Mid Game
Mid-game is where Chicha’s incredible versatility starts to shine. With higher attack speed from maxed Fighting Spirit stacks, she becomes very strong in extended teamfights. Activate your Ultimate ability before major fights to break the Fighting Spirit stack limit and gain massive attack speed. Once Overkill form is active, she keeps it, allowing nonstop pressure with reduced cooldowns.
Another advantage of your Ultimate is the massive mobility it grants, allowing you to attack enemies while making it harder for enemies to attack you. Constantly rotate around lanes to engage in aggressive teamfights and help your team secure important jungle objectives.
Late Game
In the late game, Chicha should focus on smart positioning and target selection, that is, prioritise taking down the enemy’s main ADC. Constantly spam basic attacks to switch forms easily, thus adapting depending on the situation. Defence form to engage and pressure enemies, Offence form to threaten backliners, and Overkill form to burst down enemies, especially when they’re grouped or low on Health.

Ensure to assist your team to secure major objectives like Overlord or Tyrant, granting your team an edge in the late game phase. The following skill combo will help out in the late-game phase of the game:
Basic Attacks → Skill 3 → Skill 1 → Skill 2 → Basic Attacks
| Heroes that Chicha Counter | Heroes that Counter Chicha |
|---|---|
| Hou Yi | Prince of Lanling |
| Marco Polo | Lu Bu |
| Lady Sun | Arthur |
Final Thoughts
Chicha shines as a versatile fighter who can dominate fights using ranged advantage, sustained damage, and smart positioning. In late-game teamfights, her ability to adapt to different situations, punish overextended enemies, and maintain high attack speed makes her a constant threat. With this Chicha guide, you’re well on your way to dominating your matches and securing victory for your team in Honor of Kings.
