Rainbow Six Mobile has been officially released by Ubisoft. For their distinctive storylines and fascinating gaming mechanics, the Rainbow Six brand has a lot of fans all over the world. Rainbow Six Mobile’s currencies are varied, and Renown is the important currency to unlock operators and items from the shop. In this currency guide, let us take a look at all the ways we can farm the game’s Renown currency to buy operators and skins in the game.

With more operators to be added after the game’s first release, it currently launched with 27 Operators and only 6 are unlocked when you start the game. To unlock a single operator, will need 20000 Renowns, and that is not an easy task. In this guide, I will show you the best possible way to get all the operators as fast as possible. And if you’re hoping to bag more operators for free, take a look at our ThermiteAshJäger, and Dokkaebi guides.

All Currencies in Rainbow Six Mobile

Rainbow Six Mobile has a lot of currencies, which are Bullets, Renown, and the premium paid currency Platinum. Renown and Platinum are two of the most important currencies in Rainbow Six Mobile, since these are used to buy various operators and their skins. While there are many ways to farm these currencies, you’ll only be able to get a specific amount in every type of activity you do.

While Bullet currency is used to draw on the gacha banners that the game gives, so far, silver and gold bullets are the currencies these gacha packs run on. Silver is the free currency, while gold is the premium version of it. The gacha packs offer skins for characters and all the loadouts the weapons in the game have.

How to obtain currencies in Rainbow Six Mobile

1. Completing the Beginners Guide Quests

The game will offer you a 7-day beginner tutorial that you can follow to get a lot of rewards and an operator, but even more importantly, it will give you the Renowns needed for purchasing rare skins and many other items. Completing different objectives will reward you with both Operators and Rebowns once per objective completion. Not only do they give exps, weapon loadouts, and but skins as well.

You’ll have to do a specific guided task from the list, and each day, a new section of the guide gets unlocked, so you won’t have to get worried on getting stuck anywhere, as it was very easy to go through them. Be sure to complete them properly so as not miss anything; the beginner’s tutorial event ends once you get everything.

2. Clearing the battlepass by grinding game matches

The game offers a fantastic battle pass with a lot of free items, skins, and, more importantly, a good amount of Renown needed for buying new operators. You only have a set limit of daily objectives that you can grind for getting the battlepass to level up, so be sure to check what your mission is daily and not do the same mission by mistake, as that will be a waste of time.

The amount of XP you can get from daily matches is not a lot and same goes for the amount of renown that is available at the starting so grinding it can feel hectic at times but the good thing is, when you complete a match, it also gives a 100 renown per match so you’ll always passively farm renown when doing matches while doing Battle pass missions.

3. Clearing the game events

R6M has a lot of events to throw at you when you start the game, with many permanent, but some very limited, so be sure to clear them. Every update will give you an event to clear through and get rewards and skins. The best way to farm renown is through these events. They offer upto 6000 renowns easily on some mission rewards.

4. Daily Logging rewards

If you are curious if the game has a daily login system and rewards for it, then do not fret about it; the game offers a daily login bonus reward in both the game shop and when you open the game for the first time in the day. It’s not a lot of Renowns, but it is helpful, and the rewards do rotate out with each week, so be sure to look out for Items that are important to you.

5. Clearing Operations

Every patch in Rainbow Six Mobile will focus on operations in a particular theme or fashion with lore and tidbits of the Rainbow Six universe. This time, we have Operation Sand Wrath at the game’s launch, and to access the operation, you need to level up and play till you unlock all the game modes, then the operation’s tab becomes available.

The operations work as a separate gamemode with their own rules, game modes, and missions. You’ll need to work together to clear through them to get all the rewards in operation. Currently, the 2nd Best way to get renowns is by clearing Operation missions. They are hard, but they give a hefty amount of renown.

6. Always check your in-game Mail

Your in-game Mailbox is a treasure chest that many may overlook, but it’s one of the easiest ways to earn free Renowns and Bullets without grinding. Developers frequently send out rewards as part of update compensations, milestone celebrations, or maintenance rewards.
