Tower of Fantasy Nemesis Guide: Character information

Nemesis was originally Shirli, the younger sister of Zeke who had to undergo an experimental treatment procedure before the complete aberration. The experiment was conducted by the Heirs of Aida in Dr. Claire’s laboratory, where they transformed her from a human being to a biological Cyborg life form. Powered by the greatest technological advancements, she eventually became the Angel of Clemency.

Best Matrices Build for Nemesis in Tower of Fantasy

Support / SUB DPS Build

Nemesis is a powerful Support character that can either be played as a Healer or a Sub-DPS character. When paired with a Volt character, her Volt Resonance enables her to deal a significant amount of damage over time with her Electrodes.

Nemesis mainly needs to use dodge for activating most of her abilities and her being a mobile character with an affinity for Aerial combat only makes this easier. Nemesis’s main source of damage comes from her Electrodes and Charged Normal Attacks.

Nemesis Battle Tips and Tricks

  • Nemesis has the capability to stay in the air for a prolonged amount of time, which makes her very hard to hit and makes her highly mobile. This also enables the players to use Aerial attack combos for other weapons in the air, which otherwise is somewhat difficult to trigger.
  • Nemesis’s ‘Twin Spinning Focus’, unofficially called the Neutral Dodge by the players, is a very powerful ability that provides crowd control capability. In a strict support role, players should be using that ability to freeze opponents, so that their allies can deal with them, especially in boss fights.
  • Players must make sure to use their Electrodes formed by the Discharge skill effectively, as they are very powerful and can contribute a lot of damage, not to mention their invaluable value in PvP mode with an extensive range.

Nemesis Matrix (SSR)

  • 2-piece Set: When a target is being healed, its volt ATK is increased by 8%/10%/12%/15% for 20 seconds. The effect does not stack, and only the highest level’s effect is applied, when obtained repeatedly.
  • 4-piece Set: When healing yourself or the Electrode, the healed target gains a charge of “Lightning”. The next attack within 30 seconds will cast lightning upon the target, dealing volt damage equal to 240%/300%/360%/420% of volt ATK, and damage caused by electrodes is reduced by 50%. It cannot be triggered more than once in 10 seconds. “Lightning” charges do not stack. Only the highest level’s effect is applied when obtained repeatedly.

Coco Ritter Matrix (SSR)

  • 2-piece Set: Increase healing capability and healing received by 10%/12%/14%/16%.
  • 4-piece Set: When the player and his teammates are healed, one must increase ATK by 12.5%/15%/17.5%/20% for 6 seconds. Only the highest level’s effect is applied when obtained repeatedly.

Hybrid Matrices Sets

Aside from the 4pc Marix sets, one can also try for hybrid sets of 2pc, since SSR matrices are not that easy to obtain currently and most players won’t have specific ones. They can pair a number of matrices together to form double 2pc effects, like 2pc Coco Ritter + 2pc Nemesis for buffing both attack and healing at the same time. Using 2pc Huma + 2pc Coco Ritter is also a great choice.

It is to be noted that Huma’s 2pc Matrix set is also a great choice when Nemesis is strictly used in a healing team since she will be using neutral dodge all the time to freeze the enemies, which in turn, will also activate the effect bonus.

Huma Matrix (SSR)

  • 2pc Effect: Hitting targets with dodge skills inflicts bleed, dealing damage equal to 15%/19%/22.5%/26% of ATK every second for 5 seconds.
  • 4-piece Set: Reduce ATK of all targets within 8 meters that are taking damage over time by 10%/12%/13%/15%. Only the highest level’s effect is applied when obtained repeatedly.

Tower of Fantasy Nemesis Guide: Best team compositions

In this section of our guide, we can check out the best team compositions of Nemesis in Tower of Fantasy.

Hyper Volt Teams

In the current meta, Samir and Crow are the only Volt DPS character and since Nemesis has the Volt resonance which requires another Volt character for activation, it makes sense to pair one of them with her. The usual pairings are either Samir + Nemesis + Shield Breaker / DPS or Crow + Nemesis + Shield Breaker / DPS. Depending on the type of content, the third role can be switched between a DPS and a Shieldbreaker.

Support Healing Teams

Nemesis is easily the best healer in the game with her ease of heal activation and a decent healing range that covers the entire battlefield in most cases.

Nemesis + Coco + Meryl is the strongest healing team in the game, which not only provides heals, but the presence of Meryl also makes shield shredding a much easier task. Zero’s unreliable healing makes Coco a much better choice to be paired with Nemesis.
