Just like every month before this, we’re back once again with the best releases of the previous month that you must try out now. January has had some pretty good releases and we’ll be going over the 5 best mobile games that you should try out in February 2023. As always, there’s no order and these games include a mix of both paid and free titles.
Best Mobile Games of February 2023
1. Sands of Salzaar
Release Date: 13th January 2023
After its critical success on PC after a Steam release back in 2021, Sands of Salzaar is now available on mobile owing to X.D. Network. The open-world strategy RPG title, set in a desert, features strategic warfare, well-thought-out characters, and more, all for a price tag of $4.99. Players will be building up their forces from the ground up and commanding them into battle.
2. NBA All-World
Release Date: 24th January 2023
Niantic, the studio behind the extremely popular Augmented Reality title, Pokemon Go, has now put out another game with a similar nature in the form of NBA All World, an officially licensed game where players seek out real-world big-name players, customize them, and take part in 1v1 battles among other things to do. It very closely resembles Pòkemon Go in terms of the core gameplay. The game is free and is a must-try for any basketball fans or those who love the AR genre.
3. Valiant Hearts: Coming Home
Release Date: 31st January 2023
This next one comes to us from Ubisoft, the AAA developer who published the game exclusively on Netflix Games. Set during the first World War, Valiant Hearts: Coming Home features puzzle and adventure gameplay as it narrates a tale of valor through a novel-style adventure. The game is free to anyone with a Netflix subscription service and its predecessor, Valiant Hearts: The Great War won a BAFTA award and received critical acclaim.
4. Various Daylife Mobile
Release Date: 24th January 2023
Various Daylife Mobile is Square Enix’s adventure RPG title featuring a turn-based strategic battle system, a bunch of roles that players can take up, and a big adventure before them in an unknown and uncharted continent. There are dungeon raids, recourse management, and a lot more to do here the game was previously an Apple Arcade exclusive but is now open to all with a $20.99 price tag.
5. Avatar Generations
Release Date: 31st January 2023
Avatar Generations is Navigator Games’ much-awaited official adaptation of the extremely popular animated series, Avatar: The Last Airbender, out now on mobile. The game is a turn-based squad adventure RPG featuring well-known characters from the series that you can add to your squad and play. The game is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for free.
