Among Us teases in-game collaboration with Halo

It looks like Halo will be added to Among Us anytime soon!

Innersloth and Xbox have teased a collaboration between their most popular titles, Among Us and Halo. Among Us announced the crossover in a tweet, which showed an image of a character from Among Us wielding a Halo gun with the character name Spartan117. Sadly, InnerSloth revealed no further details about the collaboration but teased that it would debut soon.

What Among Us x Halo Collaboration might bring

This isn’t too surprising, as it could enhance the excitement for Paramount+’s new Halo series. Halo, Xbox Game Pass, and the official Xbox accounts have all replied to the tweet, strongly suggesting the crossover is happening. As depicted in the image, a Master Chief skin appears alongside a Monitor pet to indicate that the crossover could be limited to cosmetics only.

Over the last decade, Master Chief has become one of the most recognized icons in the gaming industry, and the Halo streaming series could bring in a large audience. The Halo Twitter account is also tagged in the tweet, indicating that the cosmetics will be available soon for Among Us. But 343 Industries has yet to comment on the crossover, but it’s sure to excite gamers worldwide.

The Halo collaboration could be the perfect way to bring in new players, as Among Us is also available on Xbox Game Pass. It’s not clear what the crossover will entail beyond the pictured cosmetics, and it’s also not clear how players will be able to obtain the cosmetics when they arrive.

Still, the entirely separate worlds of Among Us and Halo may be set to collide, even if it is in a small way. With all such speculations, fans are waiting to get some solid news from the developers, and it may be coming anytime soon. As more updates are on the way, we will develop more disclosures.
