- Angry Birds Match World lets you help Red and friends travel the world to reclaim their eggs from King Pig.
- The game offers explosive match-3 levels, quirky obstacles, new and familiar boosters, rewards, and more.
Rovio Entertainment has announced the soft launch of its new match-3 puzzle game, Angry Birds Match World, which is now available on iOS in Finland. This is the newest addition to the popular IP’s Match segment, though there are no official details about Android or global launch yet.
Enjoy smashing puzzles and Pigs alike in this new addition
Fans of the ever-popular Angry Birds series, if you’ve been missing the feathered friends, there’s good news for you. Angry Birds Match World is here, which feels like the franchise is doing a big comeback, especially after recent titles like Angry Birds Rush, Angry Birds Bounce, and Angry Birds Block Quest.

If you tried or enjoyed the earlier Angry Birds Match titles, this one might please you. Here, you can smash funny obstacles, combine explosive power-ups, and outsmart the Pigs across vibrant, puzzle-filled levels, which looks enjoyable for quick breaks.
Players can reunite with their favorite flock and use boosters
I’ve always had a soft spot for Angry Birds since childhood, I mean, who wouldn’t? So, I’m looking forward to seeing Red, Chuck, Bomb, and the gang travel the world as they battle to retrieve the eggs from King Pig and his minions. Even though it’s a match-3 title, the familiar characters and boosters keep its charm alive.
That said, there are no official details yet regarding the global launch, but I’m hopeful about it. I do wish they tried a new genre instead of match-3 titles, but this one does look fun for now, with creative levels, funny obstacles, various boosters, chests, and more.
Angry Birds Match World is now available on iOS in Finland, and you can download the game via the App Store. Stay tuned for Android or Global launch details!
